Initial examination

We’ll conduct a microscopic examination of your teeth with a comprehensive x-ray examination, including OPG, 3D and imaging needed for orthodontics, and if needed, we'll complete detailed intra-oral images of individual teeth, in a comfortable, single location with no need to visit different offices. Your initial examination also includes a periodontal exam to check the condition of your gums and your oral mucosa. Finally, we’ll familiarise you with the condition of your teeth and we will consult with you together a plan for potential further treatment and identify the optimum schedule to meet your needs.

Health records?
No need to worry about your health records at your previous dentist. Our professionals will complete a new record with an up-to-date description of your teeth.
Preventative check-ups

We call our patients and schedule them for complementary preventative check-ups twice a year to protect them from pain and save them money.
Dental hygiene

After sandblasting, which is a very efficient way to clean an often-times porous or pigmented surface, we’ll then clean the tooth surfaces and smooth them. This process is finished with fluoridation. Every patient also receives detailed instructions for brushing their teeth and the space between their teeth along with the best toothpastes.
If needed, we also have toothbrushes, flossing brushes and other dental supplies, including special toothpastes and mouthwashes, available for purchase.
Restorative dentistry

We first treat deep cavities with a therapeutic base material that is based on calcium and minerals, which is followed by a composite filling (white filling) or a laboratory-made ceramic or resin filling (inlay or onlay).

Aesthetic dentistry

Whiter teeth can also be achieved with a very gentle, non-invasive aesthetic method: attaching veneers to teeth. Veneers in various shades with some tenths of a millimetre thin only form a shell imitating enamel. We use them to mask gaps, pointed teeth, malformed teeth and the like.
Many people suffer from the unnatural colouration of dead teeth. In this case, we proceed to internal whitening, where a whitening gel form is applied inside the tooth, upper part of a crown or root canal, which is left inside for 3 to 5 days until it reaches the desired shade of colour.

Paediatric dentistry

Our dentists know how to motivate the youngest patients to properly clean their teeth and ensure proper dental care. It is important that parents are instructed, as they are the ones who should ensure the regular hygiene of their child's teeth with regular checks and proper cleaning when needed.
Healthy teeth in children can also be protected from cavities by sealing, which is a prophylaxis, more specifically a coating for the chewing surfaces of teeth to prevent cavities in baby teeth. Fluoridation is an important part of prevention.
We are able to perform many of the same procedures for our child patients that we offer for our adult patients while taking into consideration all of the specifics given their age.
We also use a gentle laser-based method in our offices to remove obstructing parts of the frenulum in children.
If your child is particularly resistant and hesitant to cooperate during an examination or a procedure, we are able to help them overcome their fears by applying suitable psychological or medical therapies. The warranty period of dental fillings for children is 1 year.
Prosthodontics

Our dentist will recommend the best solution for you and our in-house dental technicians will create a customized solution for your unique castings. Solutions include fixed crowns and bridges as well as removable complete and partial dentures.
Implantology

An implant is used to install a crown, bridge or other structure. The implant is installed in bone and then allowed to heal; once it has been fully accepted by the body, the prosthodontic phase follows, with the creation and installation of crowns, a bridge or full prosthetic replacement for your entire set of teeth.
Bone replacement is another important implantology procedure.
Dental surgery

Resection, or the surgical removal of an inflamed root, is used to relieve inflammation. The eighth molars, more commonly known as wisdom teeth, are often a painful issue as they emerge, and can be treated with a laser or surgery. Extraction and other surgical procedures are performed using local or full anaesthesia.
Endodontic treatment

Bacteria may make their way to other parts of the body. Endodontic treatment is designed to treat painful root canals and often times there may not be any decay or cavity. The procedure involves removing the damaged (inflamed) or dead bone marrow in the canal, which is then disinfected and definitively filled in. This critical process allows the dentist to take further action to restore the function of the upper portion of the tooth: such steps include reinforcing a weakened and fragile tooth with a pin, installing a bridge or crown and the like. Surgical removal with resection occurs when the tip of the tooth root is inflamed.
Periodontics

We examine our patients gums and oral mucosa on a microscopic level during their initial examination, specifically the depth and enclosure of periodontal gum pockets using a periodontal probe, inflammation processes, mucosa anomalies and the like. We then recommend suitable treatment based on theresults.
Pre-medication

Pre-medication, or the use of pharmaceuticals to reduce and eliminate fear, spasms and stress, is needed in these situations. Techniques used in our clinic include inhalation of nitrous oxide, relaxation pills or medication that is given to children in fruit juice. Pre-medication is also useful if a dental procedure is needed and your child if very fearful. We also use full anaesthesia for more complicated procedures.
